Withdrawal method . ooops [withdrawal method] [pregnancy]
Hi there ~ wondering if anyone else here got pregnant using the withdrawal method. I am pleased with the pregnancy now, but boy I felt foolish. After three years at last not with us! Hope to hear from some others. Thanks for your input!

Reply:My guy and I always used condoms for probably 4 years straight, then switched to the withdrawl method. As soon as we did I was pregnant!!

Reply:AHHH the good old pull out method, tried and failed for thousands of people. Some sperm always gets in anyways and it is just a matter of time. Congratulations on you pregnancy though!

Reply:I've used the withdrawl method for 5 years with the ex-boyfriend(Worked great), and 2 years with my husband… it worked until my husband DIDNT withdrawl. I was like, Uh, hun… you wantin' to have a baby??
I calculated my menstrual/ovulation cycle in my head, and realized, I was ovulating. (I have a really regular cycle.)
and soon after, wa-la. We are pregnant.

Reply:I am thinking that is how I got pg with my DS. And he came from only 2 weeks of doing this maybe 3x altogether. I think you are lucky it lasted that long for you. But I am pg with #2 and that was a 1 time oops. So I am thinking that DH and I have no problem conceiving.

Reply:I have a friend who it failed on them as well. You can't really say failed I guess since withdrawl is not a form of birth control. But they have a DD that is 2 and another on the way for September.
