very very confused . this happened to anyone else? [last period] [unprotected sex]
: Confused: ok heres the deal . My friend and I had unprotected sex on Valentines nite before my period was normal were . the first day of my last period was 2.02 is now March 11 and i dont have my period still . You see I know my body a week before my period starts i cramp and thats how I know its about to get on well I have cramps for 2 weeks just very subtle cramps and no period I took a test yesterday, the first which I thought was positive was a very very very very light line that indicated I was pregnant but when I took two more within one hour of the first test they were negative . I decided to make a couple of days might wait until the 14th day I was pregnant would have come to see if anything changes, this happened to someone else: confused:

Reply:My first positives were very faint as well. The further I got past my expected date of my period, the darker they got. I agree with Gemmalou, you probably got the first positive due to the higher amount of HCG in your urine….then you took a couple of more tests right after and there probably wasn't as much. I agree with Youneak, my first symptoms were all the symptoms I get right around AF. I kept putting off taking a test because we had been TTC for a while and I didn't want to disappoint myself with a negative result. I finally took a test and it was faint but it was postitive! So you very well could be pregnant. Good luck!!!!

I'd also suggest testing again and in the morning, like others have said. My first symptoms were also "period" complains. The cramping, the headaches I get, etc. I told my Dh I was having "severe PMS this week" and he was lucky to be out of town…then 4 days later when there was no period & and took a hpt I had to call him again and tell him, "guess what, we're gonna have a baby." He even said, "I thought you said ou were having PMS?" It confused him a bit!

Reply:yeah i was gonna do that but my nerves got the best of me…. i was thinkin i was too beacuse i have a lot of the same symptoms i had when i was pregnant before headaches that come and go… lower back pain…. i've been extra tired…. nausea…. that terrible stinky gas lololol… if im not pregnant my body's playin a good trick on me

Reply:the first one may have shown up + because you had more of the hcg in the sample, (the hcg is strongest in the first morning sample) if this was very very faint, there may not have been enough in the next samples to get it to show up,
so i would definately test again first thing in a morning, let us know how you get on
(but it does sound like your prego to me, my preg started off with an amazing faint line:D )
