ovulation and pregnancy [ovulation] [pregnancy]
I was recently told that a girl can get pregnant only on one day they ovulate. Im kind of skeptical. Does anyone know if this is true?

This was the darndest thing. Every time we bd, about three days later, one gets a little spotting. I always think “Maybe this is ovulation bleeding,” so we BD again, I get more mock etc.
This is happening this cycle, I never noticed before, and it certainly comes from within and not just the outside. Ive done it before where I do a lttle bit of red blood cells get the next day after the BD on the outside, but this is different.
OPKs are ambiguous, and Im on cd37 (after am /
Hi all, I would like to know why some people fall pregnant, where with others it takes a bit longer – and sometimes much longer.
My husband and I are TTC for about 3 months. Last month we tried very hard. We had sex about 8 times around ovulation time, I sure had made my pelvis elevated on a pillow for half an hour later and everything, but I ended up getting my period and a pregnancy test I did the other day (two weeks after my period) came back negative. I guess Im just surprised t
My sister field of jurisprudence has generally 26 days cycles. She is using my monitor for the first time this month and its about her height all ready on day 10. One would have said peak on day 9, but they have done wrong, so we are not sure. My question is, is 10 days enough for your body to prepare for an egg to bring? I can not help thinking there might be something wrong with her. Last month she started her period on day 22. But 10 + 14 days is 24 days. I just can not believe you can ovulat
Hi! Next week is my last week on the pill and I will stop trying to prevent pregnancy and see what happens. My doctor told me not to have too high expectations for the first few months off the pill so Im not going to “really try” by checking my ovulation date and all for the first few months. What are your experiences with fire from the pill and try to think? How fast are you pregnant? This is my first pregnancy so Im completely new to this . an advice would be appreciated!
Thanks! <
Reply:I really hope I'm not annoying everyone with my questions, but I'm a little confused on a few things and was wondering if any of you could set me straight. Okay, so I know that it's considered "normal" for a woman with a 28 day cycle to ovulate around the 14th day. (I [...]
Ive been mapping a while now and my temp is always 97.2-97.4 and when ovulation takes place, 97.8. I feel this is too low. Has anyone else noticed this about himself, but thought anyways?
: Bouncing: Hi everyone:
Hubby and I are TTC, this last week was our first attempt. Im extrememly normal cycles, never too late, every other day, and like clockwork the ovulation. Anyway, I know there is a statistical 20% chance per month, but thats not very edifying! Anyway, was wondering, has anyone ever succeed in their first try? I would be excited that it even is not only possible but likely happen first month? Let me know! Thanks!
I have a question for the mom who temped basal body before you are pregnant. I know that during ovulation, your BBT dips then jumps up. Im not sure what is considered a large enough difference to say whether ovulation has occurred. I was due to a month. Ovulate. or Tues Tuesday morning, my temp was 97.73 and this morning, my temp was 97.87. Is that a big enough difference to say that the ovulation was possible?
Also, after some research, I know you believe that a few hours of uninter
I saw the elastic dismissal on February 27 or 28. It is more than 14 days since that date I have not gotten my period. it is possible that some more people will take their time to get after ovulation? Or is it possible I am pregnant? Ive had sex on one of these days, but he shrugged.
