OK, Im 38 almost 39 weeks Ive felt so uncomfortable I cry my ob doesnt like inducing What can I do to start with things I tried bding ouch! I tried the castor oil thing bah what if I skip a number Jaxx? lol he will ever come? I am two weeks into my point C and today the doctor said I was 50% effaced and a fingertip dialated. what does this mean?

So today is my 39 (and second) week appt. Four weeks ago I was 1cm dialated and 0% effaced, but my md talked about moving on April 22. Needless to say I still pregnant, because Im still 1cm and 0% effaced for the past 4 weeks!

The reason why today is so important .? If I am somewhat effaced I will be induced on Friday. I feel more nervous about going to the MD appt. then I was for the “BIG E / S” .

Our original maturity was 24.08, but my doctor suggested induction due to high b / p. So we checked into the hospital on August 17 at 8:00 pm and began Cervidil began at 9:00. Im 4 and 1 / 2 months pregnant and had my first ultrasound on Tuesday and I am very happy to annouce Im a boy!
Here the problem though .
The Tech. could not get a real accurate reading of the skull of the baby and said the baby or maybe Dialated lateral ventricle. I think it is a normal range and my baby was 1.02.
