Spinal vs general anesthesia [general anesthesia] [c section]

Hi, My
DH and I decided to try again to have a baby. My Dr. has advised me that I probably would have a C-section due to iningual hernia surgery. When I got pregnant this time I am not really afraid of a C-section, but do not know weather to a spinal (Im so scared of needles have) or general anesthesia (with a hernia had to repair and was terribly sick for about 8 hours). I would love to hear from anyone about their experience with C-section with spinal or general anesthesia.

When did your baby? [c section] [ultrasound]

I am 32 weeks and just got back from the doctors. My baby has not turned, he is completely breech, feet down. The doctor said that the next meeting as he is still breech she will schedule an ultrasound to check his exact position. She says that we will discuss c-section, but usually the baby the chance to go to 37 weeks. If he has not turned, in her experience, c-section is the safest option for delivery. To all the ladies who had a C-section [c section] [sherri]

Hello ladies. I had a c-section 5 weeks ago. I was stunned there until this week. For the last few days I was hurt when the cut is. It feels like I have torn something. It now needs to heal right? Could this pain just because the feeling comes back in that area? Im going to my OB next Wednesday should I call my OB and asked to view this week, or just ride out the pain. It is not only uncomfortable unbareable. Thanks everyone Sherri:)

Recovery after childbirth [c section] [loser]

I am 21 weeks pregnant with twins. I was wondering if it is better to have a vaginal delivery of the C-section.

Ive heard that vaginal really ruins the body down there and you never go back to normal . This idea really scares me. Does anyone have any idea when your vagina bounces back to normal after delivery (eg, the same size or is it always the loser?)

What About C-section? some remaining problems with that?

Reply:I/my baby was actually dignosed with IUGR as well. They really should changed the name or at least just call it something else. I am almost 34 weeks, and my baby is the size of about a 29 or 30 week baby. I will be having my baby probably at the end of this month. [...]
