At my appointment today (end of 39 weeks) Doc said I am dialated 1 cm and 80% effaced. She said the baby already has fallen significantly since last week. I asked when she thought the baby was coming and she said her guess was within five days. Can anyone comment on their experience if / when they get diagnosed (ie dialation and efacement). Do you think they could come any moment? Is there a possibility coul a lot longer . Just so impatient. I like to hear what other peoples

Im scheduled to be induced with these guys sometime Wednesday, 3 / 16. I will be 36 weeks.
