The D u0026 C was fine. Turns out I was later that we thought. The doctor said he found the fetus material (not viable, of course). Apparently, I was about 10-11 weeks along. He said natural miscarriage would have been difficult, painful and very messy.

I am still bleeding some (D u0026 C was Thursday), but no physical pain.

Now the adrenaline of nervousness about the surgery and then relieved that it was more is gone, Im very depressed. Im sure normal.

I just got back from the doctor and he said my cervix was 80% effaced and a fingertip dialated but my cervix is still high. Im almost 36 weeks. He said that next week they will strip my membranes. With my last child I never dialated or anything until I went to work.
