Im so nervous about the delivery . im 35 weeks and terrified of labor, but very mortified of delivery, because the shame im concerned . terrible pain and it is my first child, im definitely open to the epi. ok my babies are just not like milk at room temperature, it is heated. I have not really been out in public places, because Im worried about how I will be warm milk. Some places I know you have the bottle under hot running water, but what if no hot water? Also does anyone know of a diaper bag insulated cooler compartment for a bottle in can have?

I have an epidural with my first, but I did get an IV drug of a kind that helped me sleep in between my contractions (not in). I still felt everything. But has anyone here ever done any drugs at all and how difficult was that to do? I think I was back labor so mine was very difficult but I made it out without the epidural, which is what I wanted to avoid.
